1. Order Processing Time (Tailoring & Preparation)
Because each piece in our collection is carefully prepared and finished upon order to ensure maximum quality, please allow 2-5 business days for order processing and packaging before shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
To provide the fastest and most efficient delivery to our global customers, your orders are dispatched directly from our dedicated fulfillment centers, primarily located within the United States.
- Shipping Method: Standard Tracked Shipping
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5-10 business days (within the US) / 10-20 business days (International)
- Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on customs processing or local carrier conditions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Bridge Archive is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
